Q’d text updates

SMS program information · Updated October 20, 2026

Q’d is operated by Q’ED LLC. Our queue texts cover verification, reservation status, your turn to buy, and responses to your requests. They relate to the queues you choose to join.

The website walkthrough is an illustration, not a live SMS signup. TICKETS, 555555 and OTP537 are sample values. Clicking or scrolling through the demo does not send a text, subscribe you, verify your identity, reserve a ticket, or take a payment. The short code 555555 is a placeholder; TICKETS is an illustrative keyword, not an invitation to enroll in a live campaign.

Before joining a queue by text

For an available release, use the signup instructions provided by the participating merchant. Read the message-program disclosure and the linked policies before opting in. Use only the keyword and number published for that release.

The illustrated sequence is: review the invitation, send the release keyword, receive the Q’d disclosure and confirmation code, reply with the code, then follow the reservation instructions. A confirmation code checks control of the number; it is not a guarantee of identity verification or ticket availability.

Q’ED LLC sends SMS verification, reservation, queue-status and purchase-access updates for the release you join. Message frequency varies by release. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Contact info@realqd.com for support. Read our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

SMS consent is specific to Q’ED LLC and the program you choose. Agreeing to general website terms or joining our email waitlist does not subscribe you to SMS. Queue-message consent does not authorize unrelated marketing or another business’s texts.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Q’d texts. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Further texts, including turn notices and access codes, stop unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for assistance or email info@realqd.com. Your carrier may charge for messages and data. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reservation fees are separate

Any reservation fee, purchase price, deadline and refund conditions must be disclosed before payment. The walkthrough’s $5 reservation and $180 concert ticket are examples, not charges to your account. Carrier messaging charges are separate from those fees.

Privacy and carrier data

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS privacy protections and the Carrier Data authorization for details about identity verification and fraud prevention.
